Purchased Firearms will only be shipped to a valid FFL, and I must have it on file- Have them send me one. Most likely, they will charge you for the time & effort of doing the paperwork, so expect it. (I would.) Refinishing work can be sent back and forth via insured carrier, just as repairs can.

Galt’s Guns sells magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds as long as it remains legal to do so. Even though compliance with state and local laws (and knowledge of the same) is a buyer’s responsibility , Galt’s Guns will not sell magazines with a capacity over the limits set on civilian customers, in jurisdictions where a state (or local ordinance) prohibits sale or possession of them.

We will NOT ship magazines exceeding lawful limits to civilian customers in Hawaii (10 round limit), Massachusetts (10 round limit), New York (10 round limit), New Jersey (15 round limit), Maryland (20 round limit) or Washington, DC.

If you live in one of these areas and enjoy firearms, we wonder- WHY? MORE of YOUR tax dollars would stay in your pocket if you lived somewhere more firearm friendly, like Florida (safer) or Wyoming (cheaper, nicer, and less crowded than Florida.)

We will also not sell anything resembling a notorious “assault weapon” to anyone residing in any of the above listed “reduced capacity magazine” states, including law enforcement.
